PRE-MURDER:

- Rhea writes that she is mute.

INSPECTION OF BODY:

- Leo finds Ian dead in the aviary on Thursday, breakfast.

 - There's a large wound in his stomach and a pool of blood around him.

 - There is some colored powder around the wound.

 - He no longer has a glove around his right hand. He seems to have a cut on the blade of his hand.

 - An inside-out purple glove is on the floor, with a few drops of blood around it. There seems to be a gash on the glove.

 - Slash marks on the ground around the corpse, with colored powder on it. It seems to suggest that there was a struggle.

OTHER CLUES:

 - In the aviary, there are footsteps in the dirt, leading away from the outline of a rectangle in the dirt near the doorway.

- In the aviary, a crumpled ball of paper is in the bushes.

 - In the infirmiary, there seems to be a bottle missing from shelf B. Shelf B exclusively holds sedatives.

 - In the cosmetic room, a multicolored pencil is found in the trash can.

 - In the cosmetic room, an empty container of skin cream is found in the trash can.

 - In the kitchen, there are two lines of teacups arranged in increasing size. The gap between the lines and the increasing height of the cups seems to suggest that there is a missing teacup.

 - In the kitchen, an empty bottle of sedatives is found in the trash can.

 - In the lounge, there is some colored powder on the edge of a couch.

 - In the hallways, a trail of papers can be seen from the storage room to Rhea's room.

 - In the theater, a movie guide can be found, with the schedule reading: "Murderer Monday, Thriller Tuesday, Wacky Wednesday, Action Thursday, Foreign-Film Friday, Short-Film Saturday, Closed on Sundays."

 - In the weapon storage room of the gym, all of the weapons are coated in oil.

TESTIMONIES BEFORE THE TRIAL:

 - Christina and Vivian both report a skin cream going missing overnight from the infirmiary. (Christina and Vivian’s Testimony)

 - Vivian reports that she and Christina both went to the bathroom at around 9:45, but Vivian returned to the infirmiary first. Vivian reports seeing Scarlett leave the infirmary. (Vivian’s Testimony)

 - Zach reports hearing screams last night coming from the aviary. One scream sounded like a girl's. (Zach’s Testimony)

 - Jesper reports that she was in her lab all night, using the centrifuge. (Jesper’s Testimony)

 - Leo reports going to the supply room before he went to sleep. He reports seeing Rhea in the storage room, grabbing a stack of papers and heading back to her room. She seemed like she was in a hurry. (Leo’s Testimony)

 - Katie reports falling asleep on the couch and having a strange dream of Scarlett and Bruce, and a scream. (Katie’s Dream)

 - Scarlett reports being asleep with Adrian the whole night. (Scarlett’s Alibi)

 - Santiago reports crying himself to sleep for the past three nights, since Scarlett decided to leave him for Adrian. Santiago reports the two watched a movie on Monday and it was "the most magical time of his life." (Santiago’s Testimony)

DURING THE TRIAL:

 - Upon the presentation as the rectangle outline in the dirt as evidence, Snake claims to have stayed in the aviary on the night of the murder. He claims to have seen the murderer's right hand as it passed him, and claims to have seen rash-like lumps on it.

 - Upon presentation of the missing teacup in the kitchen as evidence, Adrian claims that Scarlett gave him tea on the night of the murder.

 - Upon inquiry of the above, Brandon states that he saw Scarlett preparing tea in the kitchen.

 - Upon presentation of the magic pencil, Rhea writes that she had lost her pencil in the kitchen and was searching for it.

 - Upon presentation of the magic pencil, Vivian and Christina state that they both left the infirmary at 11 and don’t recall seeing it in the trash can.

 - Upon presentation of the colored powder on the couch, Katie states she fell asleep in the lounge watching all eight Harry Potter movies and was startled by Scarlett, who accidentally ran into the couch, before falling back asleep. Then, Bruce opened the door from the gym and startled Katie again, who woke up momentarily before going back to sleep.

 - Upon presentation of the scream as evidence, Denny, Brandon, and Jesper all report not hearing any screams.
